We are looking for a new Healthcare Brand Manager in our Paediatric Business Unit that focusses on a dedicated range in Tailored Nutrition under our power brands Nutrilon & Nutricia. The objective of the team is to reach, connect and engage with our target groups (healthcare Professionals, pharmacists & parents). The Healthcare Brand Manager Childcare is responsible to define & implement omnichannel campaigns to support the growth of our Tailored Nutrition portfolio.

Healthcare professionals are the number one touchpoint for guiding parents in their choice of childcare and specifically on nutrition (milks) for little ones. By supporting HCPs with the right information & tools, we empower them to take up their role towards parents and families. In this role you will be working very closely with the Senior Brand Manager, developing and activating plans which will drive this category in Belgium.

**In support of the Senior Brand Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Take a leading role in shaping our **multi-channel engagement** (connecting field force, e-commerce, pharma, digital, KOL engagement, etc) model to build sustainable relationships with our main target groups (healthcare professionals, pharmacists, hospitals & consumers)
- Create & implement an integrated **brand strategy **& essential **marketing materials** to activate our brand ambitions (localizing & amplifying brand assets, creatively briefing our agencies & following up project management) with careful attention to KPI analysis to optimize future campaigns and deliver **portfolio & brand growth**:

- Lead cross-functional team discussions and ensure **cross-functional alignment** around strategy and activity planning
- Build close relationships and collaborate extensively with the sales team to receive market and customer insights, align on the brand strategy and messaging, and translate the customer needs into the promotional materials and campaigns
- **Analyse **business **performance** & customer data to adapt strategic decisions
- Perform market** analysis & research**, gather competition & customer/consumer** insights** and follow latest trends in healthcare to identify **opportunities for growth**:

- Own the **innovation pipeline** to continue shaping a superior portfolio & conduct business cases for new product or business concepts
- Ensure physical availability of our products by participating & contributing to **demand & supply** forecasting processes
- Be responsible for **budget management** with a mandate to drive investment & activations to deliver business performance

About you

**Your qualifications**
- Substantial (3-5 yrs) marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch and French are required
- Omnichannel/Multi-channel marketing skills is a strong asset
- You combine strong analytical and project management skills and a high level of business acumen with the ability to think out of the box and come up with creative solutions
- A customer/patient-centric mind-set and hands-on approach with strong accountability and a proactive attitude
- Able to work autonomously and to manage different project simultaneously
- Digital savvy and creative mindset to find innovative solutions
- Self-organized, stress-resistant and structured, with the ability to define your own tasks
- Able to pro-actively recognize and react to market opportunities
- Able to easily translate numbers
