**Job description**

Join our Digital Marketing Team as the Digital Customer Intimacy and User Experience Specialist, where you'll combine the art of user experience (UX) design with the science of customer relationship management (CRM) to drive impactful, customer-centric digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
CRM System Management
- Manage and optimize the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support customer engagement and business operations.
- Customize workflows, automations, and dashboards to improve performance and provide key customer insights.
- Analyze CRM data to inform design strategies and deliver personalized user experiences.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to develop effective CRM solutions, offering training and support as needed.

User Experience (UX) Design
- Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall digital experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring all designs align with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights, iterating on designs based on user feedback.
- Advocate for consistent, customer-centered design across all digital platforms, staying updated on the latest UX/UI trends and techniques.

**Profile**

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in UX/UI design, with proven experience in marketing technologies projects.
- Proficiency in CRM administration (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), including customization, data analysis, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch, with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills for prototyping.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools, customer journey mapping, and Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Certifications or proven knowledge in UX design and CRM administration.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira) and visualization tools (e.g. Miro).
