**DE JOB**:
Als **Punctuality Officer** speel je een cruciale rol in het behalen van de stiptheidsdoelstellingen.
Wij verlangen van deze functie een proactieve invulling die verder gaat dan het louter opvolgen van actieplannen. Multidisciplinaire kennis, klantgericht denken en een oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit zijn hierbij een must.
Deze functie vereist eveneens een brede interesse in een waaier van activiteiten die binnen Infrabel en bij de spoorwegondernemingen worden ontplooid.
**Concreet heb je de volgende taken**:
- Ontwikkelen van het Punctuality Improvement Program (PIP).
- Zorgen voor een neutrale en correcte toewijzing van de oorzaken van vertraging (arbitrage).
- Opvolging en voorbereiding van overlegplatformen stiptheid (IOP, Discop, seminarie,).
- Opmaak van seizoensplannen en -acties in samenwerking met de spoorwegondernemingen en de operationele directies van Infrabel.
- Naast het stiptheidsbeheer zelf, verwachten we van je een spontane interesse in projecten die impact op de stiptheid hebben.
- Je participeert in deze projecten en volgt de vordering van deze dossiers op om de impact op de stiptheid te kunnen inschatten.
- Samen met de spoorwegonderneming NMBS beheer je het project Punctuality Watch. Dit transversale project zorgt voor een verankering van de stiptheidsdiensten binnen de (semi-)operationele activiteiten van beide bedrijven.
Deze taken worden uitgevoerd en opgevolgd in teamverband binnen de afdeling.
Je rapporteert aan de Manager Punctuality Improvement.

Deze proef is toegankelijk voor bedienden van de Belgische Spoorwegen met volgende toegangsvoorwaarden
**Referentiegraad : Adviseur, Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur**:
- Houders van deze graden.
**Referentiegraad : Hoofdverkeersleider niveau 1**:
- Houders van deze graad.
**Referentiegraad: Hoofdverkeersleider Niveau 2**
- Houders van deze graad
- Houders van de graad van Verkeersleider niveau 1( R4+) met een anciënniteit van drie jaar.
**Referentiegraad: Bureauchef**:
- Houders van deze graad
- Houders van de graad van Onderbureauchef ( R4+).
**Referentiegraad: Technisch Sectorchef (alle specialiteiten)**:
- Houders van deze graad.
- Houders van de graad Technisch Ondersectorchef (alle specialiteiten).
**Technische vaardigheden**
- Kennis van het regelen van het treinverkeer, het plannen van werken en de opmaak van een treindienst is een troef.
- Je hebt voldoende kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Gedragsvaardigheden
- Je bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken en creatieve oplossingen zoeken.
- Je kan zelfstandig informatie zoeken, verwerken en toepassen. Je kan vlot en op eigen initiatief nieuwe materie begrijpen.
- Je kan overtuigend presenteren en complexe materie begrijpbaar overbrengen.
- Je kan vergaderingen/workshops coördineren en vlot contacten leggen.
- Je denkt businessgericht en je hebt een grote interesse in het treinverkeer.
- Je werkt op een gestructureerde en efficiënte manier.
- Je bent precies, proactief en nauwkeurig in jouw werk.

**DE WERKOMGEVING**:

De directie Customer & Business Excellence (I-CBE) beheert alle operationele taken binnen lnfrabel. Een van haar kernopdrachten is het organiseren en regelen van het spoorverkeer op het Belgische spoornet. Daarvoor wijst I-CBE de rijpaden toe aan de spoorwegondernemingen en is ze verantwoordelijk voor de tarifering en facturering van de rijpaden en andere diensten die ze aan de spoorwegondernemingen ter beschikking stelt. De directie I-CBE ziet continu toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsreges en stelt alles in het werk om de stiptheid op het spoornet van lnfrabel te verbeteren. Ze leidt tevens de infrastructuuraanpassingen op lange termijn naargelang van de behoeften van haar klanten en de evolutie van de markt.
