**Your new company**
Our customer is a multinational who is active in the health industry. It has over 24 000 employees all over the world. In order to achieve a perfect payroll for the employees in 25 countries, we are looking for a **Payroll Coordinator EMEA**. The C&B Officer is responsible for the EMEA payroll and the daily employee administration. As a member of the EMEA HR team, you will create and continuously improve structured processes to ensure a qualitative and timely payroll for our employees across EMEA. You work closely with the HR team, finance (accounting & controlling) and have frequent interaction with the local managers and teams.

**Your new role**
You will coordinate the EMEA payroll administration from A to Z and this in collaboration with payroll agencies, and ensure timely, accurate and error-free payroll processing for the different entities within EMEA. You will collect and prepare all payroll data and documents. You will be in contact with the payroll agencies and verify the payroll results and prepare instructions for payment. You will also be a first point of contact with the internal accounting department to ensure correct bookkeeping of the salary costs. Besides, you will be the **f**irst point of contact** for the EMEA associates with respect to all payroll and benefit related matters. You will manage and follow up all required social, fiscal and legal documents (ex. end of service documents,). Finally, you will be responsible for carrying out **administrative **duties related to EMEA employee benefit plans and be responsible for the** Time Off registration module**.

**Your profile**
***You have an HR related degree and experience in payroll for at least 2 European countries or in Belgium. You have at least 2 years\' experience in a similar role. You speak excellent English and Dutch or French. You have a positive and a hands-on attitude. The countries for which the payroll, among others, will be done are The Netherlands, Spain and Italy. ,
