**About the job**: As a Channel & Category developer (CCD), you will...
- **build an integrated channel plan** to maximize distribution, rotation and visibility of our Hero SKUs and innovation, based on brand plans.
- **partner with key supermarket customers** within retail. In collaboration with the account managers, you develop channel-specific action plans.
- **advise **these customers **on category management** using insights from shopper, channel and category analyses (including assortment, shelf placement, distribution, rotations).
- **support the account managers** with business reviews and joint business plans.
- **build convincing customer-specific sales stories** to introduce our novelties.
- **determine the perfect store guidelines** (assortment, shelf placement, 2nd placement,...) and identify growth opportunities, in consultation with the marketing team.
- represent CCD within cross functional brand teams for your focus categories.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience within sales, category management or trade marketing in an **FMCG or retail environment.**:
- Thanks to your excellent analytical skills, you get the right messages from (**Nielsen**) figures to further optimize our results and those of clients.
- You enjoy working closely with colleagues, clients or external partners.
- You get energy from presenting and enthusing others.
