En tant que **Guest Relations Manager**, vous vous efforcez de faire en sorte que chaque client se sente « Extraordinary ». Dans cette position, fournir une excellente expérience à chaque client est le principal, et le contact personnel avec les clients de l'hôtel est essentiel. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec tous les services de l'hôtel. De plus, vous développez un vaste programme pour les invités VIP, où surprendre vos invités vous semble naturel. Vous êtes également responsable de la vérification et du respect des normes de qualité établies au sein du groupe NH Hotel. Vous êtes responsable de résoudre les plaintes, de répondre à toutes les questions et demandes que les clients pourraient avoir et de répondre à tous les avis en ligne que les clients publient sur l'hôtel.

**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Votre objectif est de faire en sorte que chaque invité "Feel the Extraordinary"
- Vous êtes un hôte naturel et avez l'hospitalité dans le sang
- Vous avez toujours une longueur d'avance et vous aimez dépasser les attentes des clients. « Non » n'est pas une option pour vous
- Vous vous dynamisez en interagissant avec des collègues et des invités de différentes cultures, vous avez un état d'esprit positif et le souci du détail
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais et avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais. Toute autre langue est considérée comme un plus
