CIND department in Luminus is an entity inside the Production business in charge of the OT (Operational Technology) CyberSecurity, Industrial Network and Data Management & Reporting activities on a National level.

As a CIND Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, resilience, and efficiency of our organization's industrial control systems and operational technology environments. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity solutions that safeguard our critical infrastructure from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Security Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop secure architecture for operational technology systems, including industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other critical infrastructure components.

Validation of OT architecture supplied/installed by third parties for new projects and/or revamping's.

Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential weaknesses in the OT environment. Contribute to the development strategies to mitigate risks and enhance the overall security posture of the systems.

Cybersecurity: Participate to the development and implementation comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies tailored for OT systems. Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices to propose adaptation to the strategy as needed.

Network Security: Deploy network security measures to isolate critical OT systems from external networks and the internet. Follow-up the implementation of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network segmentation to prevent unauthorized access.

Identity and Access Management: Enforce access control policies to ensure that only authorized personnel can access and interact with OT systems.

Security Solutions Implementation: Contribute to the selection, implementation, and management of security technologies such as endpoint protection, encryption, anomaly detection, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems specific to the OT environment.

Incident Response Planning: Contribute to incident response plans tailored for OT systems. Coordinate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive response in case of security incidents or breaches.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., NIS, IEC 62443, EDF) and maintain the compliancy of the OT systems with these requirements under the supervision of the Cybersecurity Manager.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT security teams, engineers, operations personnel, and third-party vendors to align cybersecurity efforts and ensure a holistic approach to security.

Training and Awareness: Provide training to OT staff on cybersecurity best practices, security protocols, and potential threats. Be a role model to increase cybersecurity awareness within the Production teams.

Project Execution: support/coordinate CIND team to improve project planification and execution of their activities.
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for operational technology environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and other OT components.
- In-depth knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and guidelines.
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies.
- Fluent in English and Dutch. Notions of French is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
