Pharm Transcend New Modalities Specialist

Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
Reporting into the Janssen Supply Chain Deliver Organization Pharm the Transcend New Modalities Specialist will act as a single point of accountability within the Deliver distribution and transportation organization for rolling out strategy, driving alignment, shaping innovation, and maintaining process blueprint for Janssen Deliver in all topics related with novel and advances therapies logistic process and with clinical logistics. This role will support the adoption of new modalities and the development of new capabilities to support the NPI that requires a new level of logistics capabilities.
The new Pharm the Transcend New Modalities Specialist is knowledgeable in logistics for novel therapies and NPI, this role will support the development of the global standard template to assure the adoption across the globe of the S4 Hana solution in relation with new modalities and clinical distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Pharma New Modalities and Clinical process within Deliver, drive global S/4 HANA core capability standardization, alignment, and adoption, ensuring alignment with Transcend future state designed blueprint.
- Support the design, build, validate and deploy New Modalities and Clinical processes around the Globe ensuring integrity with the global template. Ensure clear acceptance criteria are defined to support E2E process. Closely collaborate with business teams such as CAR-T, LUMEN and other upcoming NPIs to map the upstream and downstream process steps in an integrated way. Ensure alignment with Transcend future state designed blueprint.
- Execute day-to-day operational business simulation and user acceptance testing activities. Develop and implement a standard approach utilizing standard testing tools. Support quality compliance system validation and change control processes to ensure ongoing compliance state and good practices.
- Collaborate with Janssen Distribution, Transportation & Trade Compliance Global Process Owner and sub-function teams to support in priorities and establish overall upstream and downstream Transportation and distribution New Modalities and Clinical processes to meet Janssen Business needs.
- Support training and compliance documentation and set process for ongoing updates. Maintain in-depth business process knowledge and expertise and ensure knowledge center documentation.
- Interact with all Deliver regions to develop standard and harmonized processes.
- Connect with clinical team in order to support ICSM deployment.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- BA/BS required, Master's degree preferred
- Preferred Area of Study in Deliver, Distribution, Transportation, Go-to Market and New Modalities, Supply Chain, other related
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Project management experience: Certifications in PMI / FPX
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical logistics processes, preferably with an emphasis on Deliver and/or Make.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, a business process decomposition or blueprint.
- English proficiency.
**Preferred**:
- Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Logistic provider, supply chain consultant is preferred
- APICS Certification preferred
- Green Belt certification preferred
- SAP certification preferred
**Other**:
- Limited travel - 30%

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 - $142,600
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
