**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and lead evaluation meetings for junior and senior consultants.
- Prepare for and follow up on evaluation meetings by setting agendas, preparing dossiers, and ensuring all feedback is received in time for the meetings.
- Review all incoming evaluations to ensure quality and calibration, and flag issues to the relevant career advisor.
- Provide guidance to career advisors on policies, training, and secondments.
- Assist career advisors with Performance Improvement Plans and collaborate with HR Operations.
- Provide career path advice to Associates and Consultants.
- Work with Practice Area leaders to ensure visibility of their teams' performance.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development (L&D) and Staffing teams to stay informed about the latest training and staffing opportunities and to support individual action plans.
- Partner with the Mobility and Recruiting teams to ensure that lateral hires and transfers are supported by a career advisor.
- Assist Managers with broader topics such as Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Bonus Reviews, and other programs.

**Qualifications**:

- You have a first experience in a people related function (Talent management, recruitment, L&D )
- Knowledge of performance management is a plus
- You like working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment where you are comfortable suggesting change and continuously improving in what we do
- You can influence and effectively persuade and like collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- You are collaborative and have effective communication skills
- You are highly organized, with strong attention to detail
