Your Profile:

- University degree (Business school, Economics, Marketing).
- Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry and/or commercial function
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Can get results when dealing with different company cultures in fast-paced environment where there is challenging deadlines and constant ambiguity
- Persistent, stress resistant & hard worker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently with high sense of responsibility and accountability
- Results driven and performance mindset
- Experience working with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access).

Your team and your responsibilities:
Corporate sales department is resided within the Sales and Marketing Division. The mission of corporate sales is to grow, improve and sustain business relationships with International Key Accounts, leasing and Rent-a-car companies on a European level. The Corporate sales strategy is built on a business model where profitable growth is the condition in alignment with our NMSCs across Europe.

**Your responsibilities**:
Key Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of international key accounts (IKA’s) i.e. negotiations, business review meetings, tendering, contract management, problem solving etc.
- Promote Toyota/Lexus to new international prospects considering supply.
- Manage the yearly volume expectations through the AP (=Annual Plan) process and align the planned IKA volumes with management
- Keep strong control on the IKA profitability (Consolidated Contribution Margin i.e. CCM & Variable Sales expense i.e. VSE) and report out to management.

Internal stakeholder co-ordination
- Lead the quarterly fleet action meetings (FAM) with the major 8 fleet markets.
- Quarterly co-ordination meetings with TMC stakeholders (mainly for accounts with global requirements)
- Collaborate with the Corporate sales manager on the IKA strategy. E.g. Strategy to promote Kinto towards IKA’s

Team management
- Manage an IKA support team (3 people) that is dealing with participating tenders, contracts, CRM, reporting, IKA newsletter etc.
- Focus on process improvement and efficiency together with the IKA support team.

- Organise the TME participation to the annual E
