**What will you do?**
**You are responsible for several administrative, facility and office management elements**:
- Manage all aspects of our office and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Ensure that our facilities meet all safety, health, and environmental standards
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building owner
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and supplies
- Manage the office budget and ensure cost-effective operations
- Ensure that the office and facilities are always clean, organised, and welcoming for staff and visitors
- Manage a small team of administrative staff and ensure that they have the support and resources they need to excel in their roles.
- In all Facility and Office management processes you will monitor the processes and bring continuous improvement ideas to the table. You make sure processes are documented.
- You’re responsible for our fleet management
- You will provide ad hoc managerial support to the CEO and management team
- You book transport and accommodation and are SPOC for travel management
- As a SPOC you provide all external and internal stakeholders with necessary information or service. You will manage the general mailboxes
**Who are you?**:
- You preferably have a first experience in office and facility management role
- Good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- You are hands-on, polyvalent and can work autonomously and in team
- You are detailed and meticulous
- Proactive, you have a sense of priorities and have a great sense of initiative to meet your targets;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors and service providers
