The Field Quality Assurance Spacialist zal complexe uitdagingen oplossen, en samen met de Equality Manager en Operations Managers, zorgen voor tijdige levering van goederen uit de faciliteiten. De persoon in deze functie identificeert, ontwerpt en levert procesverbeteringsoplossingen voor verschillende klantenervaring initiatieven, ontworpen om het vermogen van Amazon om rechtstreeks aan klanten te leveren via zijn netwerk van externe leveranciers te verbeteren.
Key job responsibilities
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Navigeert met behulp van GPS een route van dagelijks verstrekte adressen; Volgen van specifieke geografische codes voor adressen met behulp van de applicatie;
- Controle van mogelijke toegangscodes en leveringsinstructies voor toegewezen adressen en verwerken van de records als het nodig is;
- Interactie met vastgoedbeheerders om informatie van Amazon te verstrekken over de leveringen; noteren van alle instructies en feedback;
- Regelmatige communicatie met vastgoedbeheerders om benodigde informatie te ontvangen over de bestellingen vanuit Amazon;
- Interactie met vastgoedbeheerders als dat nodig is om problemen met de geleverde serviceniveaus op te lossen;
- Documentatie van feedback en auditresultaten om sterke punten en verbeteringspunten te identificeren;
- Toezicht houden op de naleving van de training van leveranciers; analyseer en adviseren over procesverbeteringsoplossingen die een positieve invloed hebben op de klantervaring.
- Leveringen in het veld van observeren om belemmeringen voor het succes van de eerste levering te identificeren; oplossingen en verbeteringen aanbevelen voor de systemen en processen van Amazon
- Je tijd effectief kunnen beheren en dagelijkse routes voltooien. Communiceren met de toegewezen coördinator over eventuele problemen of zorgen op de weg die de voltooiing kunnen beïnvloeden.
- Documenteren van feedback en auditresultaten om sterke punten en verbeteringspunten te identificeren
- Logische, analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden

- Kennis van Frans
- Aantoonbaar capaciteit om prioriteiten te kunnen stellen en om complexe projecten met nauwe tijdslimieten te managen en af te ronden
- Ervaring met het geven van trainingen aan individuelen en groepen
- Wens om te werken in een dynamische en groeiende omgeving met mínimale supervisie. Vermogen om zich goed te kunnen aanpassen aan een dynamische werkomgeving waarin de omstandigheden, koers en strategie in een snel tempo kan veranderen
- Bezit over klantvaardigheden om effectief te kunnen communiceren met interne en externe partijen
