De hoofdtaken van de Contract Coordinator:

- Zelfstandige verwerking en coördinatie van offertes, aanbiedingen en contracten voor klanten in Belux markt
- Beoordeling en voorbereiding van contracten in samenwerking met het sales team en key account management
- Adviseren en ondersteunen van het sales team bij de implementatie van prijs
- en contractstrategieën
- Beantwoorden van prijsaanvragen en opstellen van prijslijsten
- Bijdragen aan het vormgeven van optimalisatiemogelijkheden
- Samenwerking aan projecten op het gebied van prijs
- en aanbiedingsbeheer
- Oplossingsgericht klachtenbeheer en verwerking van creditnota's in samenwerking met de Finance afdeling
- Prijs
- en gegevensonderhoud, evenals prijsrapportage en -analyse in SAP
- Verwerking en documentatie van cases met interne en externe klanten in SalesForce

**The Successful Applicant**:
Jouw profiel:

- Professionele ervaring, bij voorkeur in interne verkoop, klantenservice of prijsbeheer.
- Teamspeler met sterke sociale vaardigheden, vol initatief, en sterk klantgericht.
- Snel begrip en analytisch denkvermogen
- Uitstekend in tijdsbeheer & zelforganisatie
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP)
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur SalesForce).
- Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Frans, met goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in het Engels.
