**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of computer science or electronic engineering;
- Experience with release and deployment procedures;
- Experience in offering support for COTS Business Applications, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting, optimizing and incident resolution.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in NCIA processes and procedures;
- Experience with data modelling of complex systems;

**Duties/role**:

- Supporting in-service operations of the systems;
- Supporting and operating the assigned system(s): Systems operationally used by the NATO Enterprise community; Local systems currently used by Local Commands.
