Als Sales Man voor regio Antwerpen ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:
- Na je opstart word je opgeleid om het ruime productengamma te leren kennen.
- Eens je inwerkingsperiode gedaan, sta je in voor de diepere ontwikkeling van de verkoop van de machines in jouw regio.
- Je kan op basis van het gekende potentieel je eigen analyses maken en een plan van aanpak schrijven.
- Je analyseert de specifieke werksituaties en de toepassingsgebieden van de klant en adviseert hen, indien gewenst, in samenspraak met de Product Manager.
- Je te ontwikkelen klantenportefeuille bestaat uit bedrijven komende uit de grond
- en wegeniswerken tot eigenaars van grote industriële structuren.
- Je bouwt een uitstekende relationele band uit met je klanten, waardoor je een sterke commerciële samenwerking verkrijgt, alsook het vertrouwen in de organisatie, het product en de diensten.
- Vergeet niet jouw gerichte aanbiedingen aan de klanten op te volgen tot en met de verkoop. Het gaat hier om een A tot Z-verhaal.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director op wiens professionele steun je kan rekenen.
**Profil**:
Je voelt je thuis in een informele werkcultuur, werkt zelfstandig en je staat stevig in je schoenen. In je dagelijkse werkzaamheden staan vertrouwen, klantencontact en samenwerking centraal. Verder beschik je over de volgende competenties:
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma en/of gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de verkoop, bij voorkeur in de wereld van het grondverzet.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met grondverzetmachines en begrijpt de behoeften van de klant.
- Je legt graag contacten en je hebt een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid. In het kort, je bent een echte hunter die niet vies is van prospecteren.
- Je hebt affiniteit met de sector grondverzet en begrijpt de behoeften van de klant.
- De haven van Antwerpen heeft voor jou geen geheimen.
- Je hebt ervaring in het samenwerken met verschillende diensten/departementen.
- Je bent tweetalig NL/ FR met een goede beheersing van Engels.
