Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Als Product Quality Controller speel je een belangrijke rol om de immobilisatie van treinmaterieel te voorkomen. Dat doe je door te zorgen voor de beschikbaarheid van conforme onderdelen. Je controleert de onderdelen bij binnenkomst en beslist of de geleverde artikelen conform zijn.
- Je neemt eventueel contact op met de leverancier om hem op de hoogte te brengen van onregelmatigheden die je hebt vastgesteld en onderhandelt over een nieuwe levering van conforme onderdelen.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Product Quality Controller bestaat je takenpakket uit het volgende:
- In de verschillende werkplaatsen van NMBS controleren of bovenvermelde stukken voldoen aan de contractuele vereisten.
- Gedocumenteerde verslagen maken, en de vaststellingen die jij (controle bij de levering) of de eindgebruiker deed (interne klacht tijdens de waarborgperiode) opvolgen.
- Deze non-conformiteit communiceren aan de leverancier, samen met hem een oplossing zoeken, nagaan of er corrigerende maatregelen worden genomen, een nieuwe leveringsdatum onderhandelen en deze opnieuw lanceren in functie van de termijnen en de planning.
- Zorgen voor het administratieve beheer (documentatie, kwaliteitsdatabase...), het logistieke beheer (organisatie van het terugzenden van de goederen...) en het bevoorradingsbeheer (actualisering van de termijnen, facturatie...) voor elk niet-conformiteitsdossier.
- In sommige gevallen andere acties ondernemen, zoals de inhoud van de aankooporder, de aankoopgegevens enz. wijzigen (via de centrale aankoopdienst) of de goederen opnieuw conform maken (intern).
- Dagelijks communiceren met de verschillende betrokkenen in de werkplaats (kwaliteitsdienst, planning, eindgebruiker enz.) en af en toe met de centrale diensten (opvolging van de prestaties van de leveranciers, supplier development enz.).
- Communiceren en contacten onderhouden met de andere diensten van NMBS.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een technische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Als je je diploma in het buitenland behaald hebt, moet je in het bezit zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest.

- Ervaring in de domeinen techniek of kwaliteit zijn een troef.
- Je hebt kennis van de basisprincipes van SAP.
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van de tweede landstaal en van het Engels.
- Je hebt een actieve kennis van de klassieke MS Office-toepassingen.

- Je bent goed in het opsporen en analyseren van technische problemen.
- Je bent een geboren onderhandelaar en houdt van communiceren.
- Je handelt steeds in het belang van de (interne) klant.
- Je beheerst de onderhandelingstechnieken.
- Je bent flexibel.
- Je hebt permanent aandacht voor de behoeften van de interne klant
