- Esprit d’équipe, fédérateur ;
- Bon relationnel et opiniâtreté ;
- Sens du service et des responsabilités. Français/Anglais.
**Activités**
Animation des processus Incident et Problem Management (ITIL):
Concevoir et documenter les processus:
- Définir et documenter la politique, les activités du processus, la communauté de key users et les règles de fonctionnement dont le RACI ;
- Assurer la conformité des processus avec le contrôle interne et en s’appuyant sur les règles Compagnie ;
- Définir les métriques, indicateurs KPI et tableaux de bord.
Piloter chaque processus au quotidien et en assurer l’amélioration continue:
- Assurer le pilotage du processus et mesurer son efficacité, en s’appuyant sur les indicateurs préalablement définis ;
- Animer la communauté du processus ;
- Participer aux instances de gouvernance interne Compagnie ;
- Identifier, formaliser, prioriser et valider les évolutions fonctionnelles du processus dans les outils (Jira, SNOW,).
Coordination opérationnelle:
- Garantir la prise en charge des incidents majeurs par une équipe SI ;
- Animer opérationnellement les processus : revue de l’historique et des backlog, des plans d’actions, amélioration continue ;
- Participe à l’alimentation du processus problème via l’analyse des incidents et la communauté SI ; En charge de la conformité SOX et RGPD de son périmètre.
**Contexte et environnement**
TotalEnergies a l’ambition de se positionner en tant qu’acteur majeur de la transition énergétique.
La branche GRP est pleinement engagée au service de cette ambition et se transforme pour permettre à la Compagnie de devenir un électricien intégré dans un marché en croissance et orienté positivement.
Pour cela, la branche GRP a créée nouvellement une Business Unit depuis juillet 2023.
Cette nouvelle BU a pour missions de:
- Se positionner en tant qu’expert interne sur les marchés de l’électricité et définir la stratégie Electricité de la Compagnie ;
- Assurer le marketing des actifs renouvelables de la Compagnie et optimiser leur valeur ;
- Développer et opérer le portefeuille d’actifs flexibles de la Compagnie ;
- Fournir les clients B2B et B2C et soutenir leurs stratégies de décarbonation.
Au sein de cette nouvelle Business Unit, la direction Tech&Transfo fournit les solutions informatiques à nos métiers et à nos clients externes. La ligne de Service Data And Reliability Team fourni notamment les processus et les solutions transverses faisant fonctionner le reste du SI.
