Sports Direct, onderdeel van Frasers Group, begon als een kleine sportwinkel in Engeland en groeide vanaf daar uit tot een wereldwijde retailgrootmacht, waarin alle grote sport-, vrijetijds-, gaming-en luxe modemerken werden ondergebracht. Vacatureomschrijving
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als onderdeel van ons Sports Direct-team zal je talent worden ontwikkeld om zo te zorgen dat je je volledige capaciteiten benut en een wereld van mogelijkheden hebt om te verkennen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het effectief managen en leiden van het team
- Stock management inclusief merchandising, verwerken van leveringen en het ruilen door klanten.
- Het maximaliseren van verkopen door uitstekende klantenservice te bieden.
- Zorgen dat bedrijfsbeleid, -procedures en -richtlijnen door al het personeel opgevolgd worden.
- Trainen en coachen van alle teamleden om hun vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen
- Zorgen dat KPI en doelstellingen voor de winkel door alle medewerkers behaald worden.
- Het managen en coördineren van shifts van personeel om de dagelijkse gang van zaken van de winkel te ondersteunen.

- Iemand die goed kan communiceren en een groot team kan leiden
- Organisatorisch goed de werklast kan managen en taken prioriteit geven
- Kan zich aanpassen aan shiftpatronen inclusief avonden en weekenden
- Vaardigheid om te trainen en te coachen om persoonlijke en teamprestaties te ontwikkelen.
- Gepassioneerd leiding kan geven door te motiveren en inspireren
- Een op resultaten gerichte en ambitieuze instelling
