- Développer, mettre en œuvre et gérer les processus de planification et d'analyse financière.
- Collaborer avec les départements pour développer et gérer les budgets annuels.
- Fournir des prévisions financières précises, des analyses budgétaires et des écarts.
- Valider la clôture mensuelle et recommander des ajustements budgétaires si nécessaire.
- Établir des indicateurs de performance clés et analyser les tendances financières.
- Identifier et atténuer les risques financiers, assurer la conformité réglementaire.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports financiers, diriger et développer une équipe de contrôle performante.
- Favoriser un environnement collaboratif et innovant, aligner les objectifs financiers avec les objectifs commerciaux.
- Fournir des informations financières pour soutenir la prise de décision et intégrer les technologies financières avancées.
**Profile**:
**Votre profil**
- Master en finance.
- Expérience avérée dans un poste de contrôleur de gestion ou un rôle similaire.
- Expérience pertinente dans l'industrie des paiements.
- Solides compétences analytiques et de réflexion stratégique avec la capacité de traduire les données financières en actions concrètes.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en communication.
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations financières, des principes comptables et des méthodologies de contrôle.
- Maîtrise des logiciels financiers et des systèmes ERP.
