**Planning Manager - EMC (Brucargo)**

**Structure**

Rapporte à Frank De Groote, Directeur des Opérations EMC

**Votre Mission**
- Optimiser le fonctionnement de l'ISC et la capacité à moyen et long terme.
- Planifier les opérations en fonction de la capacité disponible de l'ISC.
- Gérer et améliorer l'AVCS et d'autres systèmes de données de production.
- Préparer les rapports de gestion.
- Atteindre les objectifs opérationnels de production.

**Principales responsabilités**

Fonctionnement de l'ISC à moyen et long terme:

- Analyser les données historiques, les tendances périodiques et les prévisions de volume, et en fonction de cela, pour moyen et long terme
- Planifier les opérations et réviser régulièrement cette planification
- Collaborer avec différents intervenants pour identifier les besoins en personnel pour les opérations
- Collaborer avec le Responsable Technique pour identifier les besoins en machines et matériaux pour les opérations
- Déterminer les objectifs de performance par poste de travail, en collaboration avec le Directeur de Production
- Établir une planification annuelle des besoins (planification des congés en fonction des volumes, des étudiants saisonniers, des renforts en périodes de pointe) pour le personnel de production de l'ISC
- Déterminer et ajuster le cadre de production nécessaire (à la fois lié au volume et aux services non liés au volume).

Planification à court terme:

- Réaliser la planification de l'utilisation des ressources disponibles, des machines et de la dotation en personnel pour le lendemain
- Assurer la maintenance quotidienne avec les trois responsables des quarts pour discuter de la planification à court terme
- Contrôler la mise en œuvre de la planification et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.

AVCS:

- Vérifier l'intégrité des données AVCS
- Utiliser de manière critique les rapports AVCS pour la planification (identification des tendances, etc.)
- Gérer les plans de triage
- Identifier les besoins d'amélioration et d'optimisation du système AVCS
- Suivre le travail des Coachs AVCS sur le terrain.

Rapports de gestion:

- Préparer les rapports de gestion sur les chiffres de production, les coûts de production et le calcul des coûts
- Préparer les rapports OPI (Indicateur de Performance Opérationnelle) et analyser les OPI de production.

Gestion des départements (Planification & Contrôle et Production):

- Développer et suivre le budget annuel, traduire le budget en objectifs, et suivre mensuellement la réalisation des objectifs
- Déterminer et ajuster le cadre
- Identifier les besoins en personnel
- Déterminer les besoins en formation
- Attribuer les congés, les pauses carrières, etc. pour le personnel du département
- Assurer la gestion quotidienne générale et la supervision des employés (Coaches AVCS et Organisation de la Production).

**Votre Profil**

Compétences techniques
- Quelques années d'expérience en planification
- Connaissance générale du fonctionnement de tous les nœuds du réseau postal
- Connaissance approfondie du fonctionnement d'un centre de tri : processus postaux, produits et instruments de gestion disponibles
- Pensée analytique et conceptuelle
- Expérience avec Excel et les macros

Compétences en leadership
- Capacité à superviser les Coaches AVCS
- Capacité à diriger l'exécution des plans
- Fortes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Capacité à planifier à court, moyen et long terme
- Bien organisé

Compétences personnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Proactif
- Communication facilitée pour une collaboration fluide avec votre équipe, les employés de production et les gestionnaires de personnel
- Responsabilité pour les décisions prises et le suivi de leur mise en œuvre
- La connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale est nécessaire.
