**Description**

For one of our clients active in financial leasing, we are looking for an Internal Sales Real Estate Lease.

As Commercial Officer, you will have a coordinating role and provide proactive and client-oriented support to the Account Managers Real Estate.

This support includes:

- the commercial approach to clients and prospects;
- the development of proposals, the preparation of credit notes...;
- the management and risk monitoring within the credit process.
- In this way, together with the Account Manager, you will achieve the realization of Real Estate Lease's growth strategy.

Core assignments:

- As a commercial associate, you will be expected to research and evaluate potential prospects or sales opportunities based on a variety of sources
- You will support the Account Manager in the sales process by gathering relevant client information, pre-analyzing and preparing the dossier.
- Preparation of quotations, contracts and follow-up of files.
- Preparing commercial notes to the credit committee ( financial analysis)
- You organize and coordinate collaboration with other departments within the company.
- You supervise the credit allocation process and contact clients for additional information at the request of the analyst or Account Manager.

**Profile**
- A first relevant experience in a similar position (3-5 years).
- Native language : Dutch with good knowledge of French.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Flexible in approaching various tasks
- Accounting, tax and/or legal knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of financial analysis
- Team player
- Ability to function independently within a small group
- Plus points include some knowledge of corporate credit, interest in real estate, interest in taxation.
