For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
The Data Act Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the integration of a comprehensive data-sharing solution to ensure client compliance with the European Union's Data Act law. The role requires a senior-level resource with experience in large-scale data architecture, ideally within the framework of the Data Act or similar regulatory projects.

**Your role**:
- ** Technical Leadership**:
- Define and establish the technical requirements and architectural blueprint for a compliant data-sharing solution.
- Design and document the solution architecture, including system components, data flow, integration points, and communication protocols.
- Lead technical discussions and make recommendations regarding technologies, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- **Collaboration & Integration**:
- Work closely with the IT Enterprise Architecture team to align with Toyota’s technology capabilities and IT strategy.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure that the solution aligns with the defined architecture and project goals.
- Oversee implementation processes to address any technical issues or challenges.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:
- Ensure the architecture is in compliance with both internal technical guidelines and external Data Act regulations.
- Define and enforce quality assurance processes for architectural standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architectural models and design artifacts.
- **Project Alignment**:
- Align the architecture with project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Provide ongoing support and adjustments throughout the tenure of the project to ensure long-term compliance and efficiency.
