Het agentschap Digitaal Vlaanderen is op zoek naar een gedreven en bekwame Lead Technical Solution Architect om de afdeling Dataplatform te versterken.

**Wat zal je moeten doen?**:
Als Lead Technical Solution Architect neem je het voortouw in de ontwikkeling, implementatie, opvolging en continue bijsturen van de technische platformarchitectuur. Je optimaliseert de architectuurrichtlijnen en werkt nauw samen met de Business Architect om strategische doelen om te zetten in concrete oplossingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze bouwstenen evolueren binnen de Dataplatform-strategie en je bewaakt de realisatie hiervan.
Je vormt de brug tussen enerzijds de strategische doelstellingen en de concrete implementatie, en tussen businessstakeholders en de IT-specialisten. Deze rol vereist diepgaande expertise in data-architectuur en strategisch inzicht om data-oplossingen te creëren die perfect aansluiten bij de bedrijfsbehoeften.
In de rol van Lead Solution Architect ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de consistentie en samenwerking tussen alle Solution Architects binnen de afdeling, maar ook voor het leiden en inspireren van het team. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op dezelfde lijn zit en functioneel wordt aangestuurd binnen een virtueel team of “chapter”.
- Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden:_
- ** Beheer en ontwerp van platformarchitectuur**:
- Beheer van de platformarchitectuur en ontwerp van IT-systemen op het platform.
- Ontwerpen van schaalbare, betrouwbare en veilige data-architecturen.
- ** Langetermijnvisie en roadmap**:
- Ontwikkelen van de langetermijnvisie samen met het management en de business architect.
- Beheren van de architecturale roadmap in samenwerking met de Architecture board.
- ** Modernisering en security**:
- Leiding nemen in de modernisering van technologiestacks met een focus op Security by Design.
- Opzetten van governance, security vereisten en implementatieplannen voor de technische infrastructuur.
- ** Technische kwaliteit en evaluatie**:
- Bewaken van de technische kwaliteit van oplossingen en identificeren van verbeterpunten.
- Evalueren en integreren van nieuwe technologieën en tools in de bestaande data-architectuur.
- ** Ondersteuning en communicatie**:
- Bieden van architecturale ondersteuning aan technische development teams.
- Communiceren van ideeën en standpunten aan team en management, en openstaan voor feedback
- ** Leiderschap**
- Leiden en inspireren van het team
- People management en communicatie
- Waarborgen van consistentie en samenwerking tussen de Solution Architecten binnen de afdeling
**Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?**:
- Opleiding en ervaring:_
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in informatica, of je studeerde af in een vergelijkbare richting of je hebt aantoonbare en relevante kennis op het gebied van informatica.
- Technische competenties en ervaring _
- Architecturale concepten, analyse
- en ontwerpmethoden en principes.
- Het vertalen van businessnoden naar performante, werkbare ICT-oplossingen.
- ICT-aspecten van gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR).
- Het begeleiden van de volledige levenscyclus van complexe ICT-oplossingen.
- De principes van REST API’s & Open API/Swagger documentatie
- Cloud data platforms als AWS, Azure of Google Cloud.
- Het verwerken en beheren van digitale geografische informatie.
- Standaarden:
API (OpenAPI)
- SOAP
- Security (Oauth, WSS, OpenID, SAML, PKI...)
- Modelleringsstandaarden (Archimate, TOGAF...)
- Praktische ervaring met patterns (modelleringstechnieken endesign & architectuur patterns)
- Praktische ervaring met het uitwerken van kwaliteitsattributen van een systeem zoals performantie, veiligheid en robuustheid.
- Kennis van DevOps & CI/CD
- Kennis van programmeertalen zoals JAVA,.Net,
