The Lead IT Solution Architect will be in charge of supporting one or multiple internal customers (CIO/CISO) analyzing and documenting the current IT landscape, contributing to the renewal roadmap and supporting the teams in changes implementation.;
- The Lead IT Solution Architect is assisting his/her customers in transformation activities such as renewal programs, operational improvement initiatives, acquisitions (Carve-IN) and de-interleaving (Carve-OUT).;
- The Lead IT Solution Architect is responsible for the design of one or more systems or services within an organization, and is typically part of a solution team.;
- He or she must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills, and will often work with in partnership with program managers, enterprise architects or business consultants.;
- The Lead IT Solution Architect takes part in due diligences, audits, and implementation phases.;
- He/she has a strong technical background but also some business skills to be able to apprehend all aspects of a project and better accompany his/her customer.

- Building and integrating information systems to meet the customer’s needs.;
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it. ;
- Resolving technical problems as they arise. And plan in advance so he/she is well prepared when the time comes;
- Providing supervision and guidance to technical teams.;
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.;
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.;

COMPETENCES CLES:

- TOGAF certification or equivalent;
- Proven experience in large company IT architecture is a plus ;
- Experience with Project Delivery Methodology (PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent);
- Experience with AGILE Delivery or Agile at scale with SAFe;
- Proven experience in Business Process Management, Functional Analysis and Design thinking;
- Experience in cloud, preferably in AWS and Azure;
Competencies:;
- You are a dynamic solution driven person.;
- You are a natural born team leader;
- You can work autonomous, but you work well in a team.;
- You speak French or Dutch and you are fluent in English. A fourth language is a plus.;
- At least 5 years of experience in a solution architect role;
- You have a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree ;
- You like working in an international environment;
- You work accurately and in a structured manner, you are analytical and you can plan well;
- You have excellent sense of synthesis;
- You are an excellent communicator
