**Engineering CAPEX-controller****:
Onze klant is toegewijd aan het verminderen van de uitstoot van schadelijke voertuigen, het hergebruiken van metalen en het aandrijven van de auto’s van de toekomst. Als wereldwijde materialen
- en technologiegroep gebruiken ze gespecialiseerde kennis om essentiële oplossingen te bieden voor het dagelijks leven. Ze streven naar een duidelijke wereldleiderspositie op het gebied van materialen voor schone mobiliteit en recycling, en hun duurzaamheidsaanpak vormt de kern van hun concurrentievoordeel.

Onze klant bevindt zich in constante beweging, waarbij ze voortdurend herlaadbare batterijmaterialen ontwikkelen voor autonomie en connectiviteit. Als pionier in batterijmaterialen voor elektrische voertuigen en draagbare elektronica streven ze naar voortdurende innovatie. In het kader van de wereldwijde uitbreiding van fabrieken voor batterijmaterialen zoeken ze nu een ervaren CAPEX Controller voor industriële engineeringprojecten om het team in Brussel te versterken.

**Dit zijn je **voornaamste taken**:
Als Engineering CAPEX-controller vervul je een cruciale rol bij het ontwikkelen en beheren van het CapEx-budget voor industriële engineeringprojecten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met RBM-projectteams om de scope, doelstellingen en resultaten van elk project te begrijpen.
- Je combineert technische kennis met financieel inzicht om nauwkeurige budgetten te creëren, projectkosten te voorspellen en een optimale uitvoering binnen financiële kaders te waarborgen. Deze integratie van expertise draagt bij aan een doeltreffende realisatie van projectdoelen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse boekhouding in SAP, je bewaakt de nauwkeurigheid van prognoses op WBS-niveau en je maakt gebruik van historische SAP-gegevens voor budgetbenchmarking. Het opzetten van prognosemodellen stelt je in staat om projectkosten te anticiperen en begrotingsconformiteit gedurende de levenscyclus van het project te handhaven.
- Om de strategische besluitvorming te ondersteunen, stimuleer je zakelijke en financiële analyses. Door het coördineren en uitvoeren van nauwkeurige en tijdige rapportage
- en forecasting-updates draag je bij aan een transparante projectvoortgang.
- Naast je rol als CAPEX-controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van boekhoudkundige en financiële rapporteringsnormen en speel je een sleutelrol bij de jaarlijkse budgetvoorbereiding, zoals gevraagd door Group Control en RBM BU Controlling. Tegelijkertijd draag je zorg voor het kredietbeheer volgens groepsbeleid, wat een integraal onderdeel is van jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

**Dit zijn **must-haves** voor deze job**:
Als ideale kandidaat voor deze rol beschik je over een universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie in handelstechniek, financiën, boekhouding of bedrijfskunde. Met 5-10 jaar relevante ervaring in Engineering Project Controls, bij voorkeur in de bouw, industriële techniek of maakindustrie, breng je een solide basis van praktische kennis mee.

Je hebt een grondig begrip van IFRS en Belgische of internationale GAAP en je kunt de complexiteit van bouw
- of civieltechnische processen die betrokken zijn bij greenfield-ontwikkelingen aan. Essentieel is je ervaring met het opstellen van budgetten volgens verschillende normen voor kostenraming, prognoses en financiële analyses. Daarnaast heb je werkervaring met SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, waardoor je relevante gegevens uit SAP-orders kunt extraheren, interpreteren en gebruiken.
