**De Service Manager beheert van A-Z de klantenrelatie en de leveranciersrelatie en wordt als aanspreekpunt geïnformeerd en geconsulteerd tijdens de ontwikkeling van producten/diensten en/of vanaf het moment dat deze door de klant in gebruik genomen worden in de productie-omgeving teneinde te fungeren als SPOC en de afgesproken SLA’s en OLA’s en financiële uitgaven op te volgen enerzijds en te zorgen voor een continue verbetering van de dienstverlening anderzijds.

Voor deze functie gaat het specifiek over:

- Hulp bij het opzetten van het nieuwe Service Mgmt Model (SIAM);
- Het bepalen van de business/IT services.

Dit laatste houdt o.a. in dat:

- In samenwerking met de verschillende departementen en business de verschillende services dienen te worden opgemaakt;
- Er moet gekeken worden waar eventueel nog gaps zitten om deze services te leveren aan de hand van de verschillende metal classes die we hanteren.
- Hoe we dit gaan opvangen in een multi-vendor omgeving;
- Welke services we zelf kunnen leveren of welke dienen te worden overgedragen aan een externe partij.



CRITERIA
- Service Level Management- SLA/OLA beheer vanaf in dienst name/operationaliseren

SPOC/Eerste aanspreek-/escalatiepunt
- A-Z communicatie intern en naar klant na in dienst name (KPI, SLA, dashboard, )
- Knowledge management- Kennisbeheer

Capacity management
- Financial management

Kennis en complexiteit

Kennisniveau Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Relevante werkervaring van 8-10 jaar
Inwerkperiode van 6 maanden
Uitgebreide kennis van SLA-beheer
Grondige kennis van Service Management in het toegewezen domein
Grondige kennis van ITIL /IT4IT Service Management
Grondige kennis van de processen, zowel intern als bij de klant
Kennis van Service Reviews en SLA/OLA-rapportage opmaak en interpretatie
Kennis van onderhandelingstechnieken
Algemene kennis van informatica
Kennis van (software) producten binnen het eigen (vak)gebied
Kennis van de courante en specifieke software
Kennis van de structuur en van de interne (werk)procedures van de organisatie
Kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
