- WAT GA JE DOEN
- De afdeling “Technische Helpdesk” zorgt voor de klanttevredenheid door advies en expertise ter beschikking te stellen in het kader van de dienst na-verkoop.
Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Als medewerker van de technical customer service bent u het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de installateur voor al zijn technische, productgerelateerde vragen;
- U assisteert en begeleidt de installateur daarbij telefonisch of per mail bij het beantwoorden van zijn vragen en het oplossen van zijn problemen;
- Met uw expertise gaat u oplossingen uitwerken voor de klant. Daarvoor zoekt u de nodige informatie op of vraagt deze na bij uw collega’s op de afdeling:Training en Productmanagement;
- Uw job wordt afgewisseld met andere activiteiten, zoals het opmaken van technische offertes voor klanten, het meegaan met een technieker om bijkomende ervaring op te doen, het volgen van opleiding in bestaande en nieuwe technologieën, het geven van opleiding aan klanten en eigen techniekers en het opvolgen van interne projecten.
- FUNCTIE EISEN- Sterke technische kennis van onze producten en ervaring in the field;
- Kent een klantgerichte aanpak en bent een echte problemsolver;
- Je bent flexibel en in staat de grote diversiteit aan vragen te beantwoorden;
- In het bezit van goede communicatieskills;
- Je bent tweetalig, Frans & Nederlands.
