Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur immobilier**.
Les **responsabilités** principales du **Investment Risk Analyst**:
- Faciliter le suivi des fluctuations du marché et la compréhension des modèles financiers complexes en concevant des outils novateurs ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'investissement, les experts juridiques et les parties prenantes pour façonner l'avenir du groupe avec audace et détermination ;
- Suivre de près les performances du portefeuille, recommander des ajustements stratégiques pour maximiser les rendements ;
- Analyser et évaluer l'impact social dans les transactions ;
- Être à l'avant-garde de l'innovation et de la résilience en menant des études de marché pointues et des tests de résistance ;
- Participer activement à la feuille de route stratégique, en collaborant étroitement avec les partenaires clés pour définir les limites d'investissement et faire progresser le portefeuille immobilier avec confiance.
Le **profil** requis pour le poste de **Investment Risk Analyst**:
- De la théorie à la pratique, vous avez un diplôme de Master ou une expertise équivalente acquise sur le terrain ;
- Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en banque, assurance (gestion de risques, titrisation, gestion des marchés) ou des domaines connexes ;
- Vous connaissez les marchés immobiliers locaux et internationaux et domptez les modèles financiers pour réaliser une analyse sans faille. Les outils de Microsoft Office que vous maîtrisez sur le bout des doigts ne font que renforcer votre efficacité ;
- Perfectionniste de nature et impliqué.e, vous parlez anglais et également le français ou le néerlandais ;
- Chaque mot compte Vous vous exprimez avec aisance aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et savez faire preuve d'influence parfait pour nous.
