**De functie**
Als Credit Risk Analyst voer je grondige analyses uit van de bedrijven die met Ebury willen samenwerken op het gebied van valutatermijncontracten en korte termijn kredieten. Dit omvat de beoordeling van hun financiën, producten, activiteiten, en liquiditeitsanalyses. Van een analist wordt er van je verwacht dat je kredietrapporten met gedetailleerde analyses en aanbevelingen opstelt.
We zoeken voor deze functie iemand die goed zelfstandig kan werken, want hoewel je vier directe Credit Risk collega's in Amsterdam hebt zitten, zal de thuisbasis van deze functie Brussel zijn. In het begin zal je gevraagd worden soms naar Amsterdam te reizen. Brussel is het kleine, maar veelzijdige Europese hoofdkantoor van Ebury, veel stafafdelingen, waaronder Compliance, Audit, Finance zijn hier vertegenwoordigd.
Het volledige BeNeLux team Credit Risk bestaat uit een Credit Risk Manager, die de afdeling inhoudelijk aanstuurt, en vier analisten. Van een Credit Risk Analyst verwachten we dat je het team ondersteunt met je ervaring, processverbeteringen voorstelt en uitvoert. Daarnaast kan je op termijn aftekenbevoegdheden krijgen van kredietlimieten.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Beoordeling van de financiën, activiteiten en handelscycli van bedrijven om inzicht te krijgen in de fundamentele gezondheid van het bedrijf en het inherente kredietrisico;
- Contact met de directie van potentiële klanten om de analyse verder te ondersteunen met kwalitatieve informatie;
- Analyse van de bedrijfsstructuur, de bestuurders en hun activiteiten om inzicht te krijgen in het frauderisico;
- Samenvatten en presenteren van analyses aan leidinggevende tijdens het besluitvormingsproces;
- De bestaande klantenportefeuille monitoren en verzoeken van bestaande klanten beoordelen.
**Over jou**
- Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in financiële sector;
- Je bent zelfstandig maar bent ook bereid hulp te vragen waar nodig;
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels, Frans;
- Analytisch en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen;
- Duidelijke, gestructureerde en beknopte communicatiestijl met het vermogen om complexe concepten op een samenhangende manier uit te leggen;
- Bereid zijn om te werken in een resultaatgerichte en internationale omgeving;
- Ervaring met Excel is essentieel, kennis van VBA/Macro's zijn wenselijk.
