Jouw uitdaging

Als rechterhand van de Theater Manager en samen met je collega Local Managers draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het dagelijks management. In jouw rol van Local Manager Experience ben je verantwoordelijk voor de staat van het pand, denk bijvoorbeeld aan het beeld en geluid, onderhoud, schoonmaak en de technische diensten. Door maandelijks te sturen met behulp van de MRF (Management Rapportage Finance) weet jij een optimaal rendement te behalen. Naast jouw rol als Local Manager Experience ben je ook Manager On Duty (verantwoordelijke manager van de dag). Een exploitatiedag waarop jij Manager On Duty bent, start om 13u en eindigt om 1u ’s nachts. Ook in weekends zul je als Manager On Duty ingepland worden. In deze rol werk je als meewerkend voorman/voorvrouw tijdens de operationele werkzaamheden en motiveert je team om elke bezoeker ‘the ultimate movie experience’ te geven.

Bovenstaande bereik je door:

- Het coachen van medewerkers. Je zorgt voor optimale omgevingsfactoren zodat medewerkers hun werk kunnen doen.
- Het realiseren van het vooropgestelde resultaat.
- Het implementeren, opvolgen en bijsturen van een operationeel excellente organisatie.
- Het optimaliseren van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
- Analyse van de resultaten, waaronder de correcte opmaak van personeelsquota en bezetting.
- Het correcte beheer van klachten.
- Het invullen en aanvullen van nationale commerciële projecten en initiatieven.
- Het uitdenken en opvolgen van lokale initiatieven.

Jouw sterktes
- Je behaalde bij voorkeur een Bachelor, bijvoorbeeld in facility management.
- Je eerste werkervaring heb je opgedaan in de evenementensector waarbij je een team hebt aangestuurd.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, klantgericht, resultaatgericht en profileert je als een echte people manager.
- Je hebt inzicht in cijfers / financieel management.
- Je bent positief ingesteld en kunt goed met onvoorziene omstandigheden omgaan.
- Je hebt geen problemen met avond en weekendwerk.
