Créée en 1936, notre client continue d'engager plus de 250 collaborateurs à travers leurs trois usines en Belgique et leur filiale Marketing aux États-Unis.

Dans ce contexte, il s'agit ici d'un poste pour le site de Vinalmont (Wanze)

**Description de la Fonction**:
En tant que IT Project Coordinator, vous rapportez au Financial Director et vous participez aux différentes activités du service.

Vos principales missions seront entre autres:

- Point de contact pour l'amélioration continue et la résolution des problèmes dans l'ERP **:Microsoft AX** (support et aide pour le département « Supply Chain »).
- Gestion de la relation avec NSI tant au niveau Software (ERP) que de l'Infra y compris le suivi des tâches effectuées en régie ou présentiel (passages récurrents) par le personnel de NSI.
- Pilotage et responsable de la migration de **AX vers F&O**.
- Pilotage et mise en place des autres projets IT:

- Sécurité (politique des mots de passe, accès, campagne préventive de phishing,)
- Digitalisation (Cloud, département Qualité, production, RH,)
- Gestion documentaire (organisation du serveur partagé, GDPR,)
- Point de contact entre le personnel et NSI.
- Gestion du petit matériel et reprise en interne de différents suivis (matériels, licences, gestion utilisateurs,).
- Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures (opérationnelles, de « crise », et liées au personnel).
- Etablissement et suivi des budgets informatiques.
- Participation à l'établissement et à la mise à jour de **différents reportings**.
- Gestion de la **téléphonie** (fixe et mobile).

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en **Gestion/Sciences Economiques** ou expérience **équivalent en IT**:

- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de minimum 3 ans avec les ERP. Une maitrise de **Microsoft AX/F&O** est un réel atout
- Vous avez des **connaissances en Néerlandais**:

- Vous maitrisez la suite Office dont parfaitement **Excel**:

- Vous êtes précis, organisé, autonome et n'hésitez pas à prendre des initiatives.
- Vous êtes **flexible** et vous pouvez vous déplacer sur nos 2 sites de Vinalmont et Zonhoven.
