We are currently seeking an experienced IMAC Inventory Coordinator to join our client’s team. As an IMAC Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the stock inventory and supporting the Team Lead for Incidents and IMAC. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, overseeing stock movements, and coordinating logistics for user and equipment relocations. Additionally, you will be involved in rationalizing the provision of IT equipment to employees, based on inventory assessments and eligibility criteria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management:_
- Maintain and update inventory records in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Perform daily checks to ensure consistent use of dropdown lists, integrated formulas, and detect and correct any inconsistencies.
- Stock Movements:_
- Monitor the labeling, inclusion in inventory, and physical placement of newly delivered materials within the defined SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) guidelines and timeframes.
- Track and perform periodic/recurring actions, such as material counts, on-site scanning, checks of "Active" material usage via tools like Mobile Iron, Microsoft, or other applicable software.
- Assist in coordinating and updating the inventory during user and equipment relocations.
- Rationalization of IT Equipment Provision:_
- Utilize the IT equipment inventory to assess the type of equipment provided to our client employees.
- Verify if employees meet the criteria to receive specific equipment and recover any equipment not entitled to them.
- Requirements for Successful Execution:_
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and French languages.
