Operational Specialist Airfreight

Voor onze klant zoeken we een** operational specialist airfreight.** Ben jij de operationele duizendpoot die mijn opdrachtgever zoekt?
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je verwerkt en volgt de dagelijkse **exportdocumentenstroom** en **exportdouane-inklaring **op.
- Je volgt en verwerkt de **inkomende en uitgaande vrachtwagens**.
- Je zorgt er bij **onverwachtse problemen** voor dat deze **opgelost** worden en dat de **vluchten** ook **heringepland** worden.
- Je **coördineert** **activiteiten** met het magazijn.
- Je **stemt** de **documentenstroom** **af** met de **klantenservice** (lokaal en internationaal).
- Je meldt **onregelmatigheden** in documenten aan de interne departementen voor opvolging.
- Je stemt de **truckflow** intern af met de verkeersafdeling en volgt dit op.
- Je **voert gegevens in** het douane **IT-systeem **in**.**:
- Je geeft **vlucht **gegevens door aan de bestemming en luchtvaartmaatschappij.
**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:
- Je hebt reeds **kennis en ervaring **in de een **luchtvracht** **sector** en bezit een **logistiek diploma, bij voorkeur een bachelor denk
- en werkniveau.**:
- Je neemt **verantwoordelijkheid** en voert de **administratieve verwerking** gedetailleerd uit.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Engels**. Kennis van Nederlands of Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent **gemotiveerd **om** kwaliteitsvol werk te leveren**.
- Je bent **klantgericht**, **sociaal** en **collegiaal**.
