Functieomschrijving

AlsAirfreight Customer ServiceSpecialist ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voorspecifiek toegewezen klanten.

Hieronder een greep uit het takenpakketals Airfreight Customer ServiceSpecialist:

  • De orders van deze klanten accepteer jeen geef je door aan het operationsdepartment.
  • Door je pro- actieve ingesteldheid benje continue op de hoogte van de lopende zendingen en communiceer jedit ook naar je klanten.
  • Klanteninformeer je overprijsaanvragen en andere operationelevragen.
  • Je neemt elke klacht van klanten terharte. Je werkt deze volledig af of je zorgt dat dit opgelost wordtdoor het juistedepartement.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het operationsdepartement, die de back office van je ordersverzorgen.
  • Voor de afhandeling van de order leverje juiste en volledige informatieaf.
  • Je geeft mogelijkeleads door aan het salesdepartement.

Functie-eisen
  • Onze ideale Customer ServiceSpecialist heeft al een administratieveervaring in de logistiekesector.
  • Bovendien draag je kwaliteiten zoalsstressbestendigheid,nauwkeurigheid enflexibiliteit hoog in hetvaandel.
  • Vlotte kennisNederlands,Frans, enEngels - zowel mondeling alsschriftelijk.
  • Goede kennisMS-office. 
  • Jehoudt er van complexe vraagstukken op telossen.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
