**Financial/Business Controller**:
Voor onze klant gelegen in Hasselt zijn we op zoek naar een Financial/Business Controller.
**Taken & profielen**:
- Onderhoud en verbeter je de bestaande rapporteringen en analyses met als doel het business unit management kwalitatiever en performanter te kunnen informeren en adviseren;
- Fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor procesverbeteringen, initieer en begeleid je deze verbetertrajecten/-projecten;
- Ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner van diverse stakeholders
- Help je mee aan het opstellen van inzichtelijke en overtuigende periodieke en ad-hoc financiële rapporteringen en presentaties, al dan niet in samenspraak met jouw collega Controller, op basis waarvan het business unit management en stakeholders inzichten verkrijgen in zowel de stand van zaken als in toekomstige verwachtingen;
- Signaleer je trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt en kom je op basis hiervan tot voorspellingen en concrete aanbevelingen
- Bewaak je de juistheid en integriteit van de boekhoudkundige en financiële gegevens en processen in het kader van de maand
- en jaarafsluitingen. Hierdoor sta je voortdurend in nauw contact met de boekhoudafdeling en stakeholders;
- Stel je de managementrapportering op en na grondige analyse presenteer je deze aan het management;
- Behandel je ad-hoc analyses en rapporten op vraag van het management en stakeholders;
- Vertaal je de strategische doelstellingen in relevante KPI’s en monitor je de resultaten gedurende het jaar, zodat plannen en budgetten gerealiseerd en/of tijdig bijgesteld kunnen worden;
- Help je actief mee om de financieel gerelateerde processen, controles, analyses en rapporteringen performanter, kwalitatiever en efficiënter te laten verlopen;
- Breng je de risico’s in kaart en sta je in voor de beheersing ervan;
- Rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO
**Vaardigheden**:
- Als Controller heb je een masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting;
- Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige omgeving als Controller;
- Je bent cijfermatig ijzersterk, hebt een goed analytisch denkvermogen en bent stressbestendig
- Je communiceert duidelijk en kan een boodschap op een gestructureerde en verstaanbare manier overbrengen;
- Je kan goed overweg met Business Intelligence applicaties zoals Power BI, QlikView en Qlik Sense;
- Je bent hands-on, hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig;
- Je bent leergierig en houdt ervan om in een ondernemende organisatie in volle expansie te werken;
- Je communiceert duidelijk en kan een boodschap op een gestructureerde en verstaanbare manier overbrengen;
- Je bent een ervaren Excelgebruiker die correcte analyses kan maken en duidelijke rapporten kan aanleveren.
