**The Role**

Atlas Copco is always improving the end-user experience and core productivity of its workforce by continuously evolving the digital workplace, enabling us to run our business at full speed. End-User Computing (EUC) is a key solution domain for the digital workplace and focuses on device management (different form factors), modern printing, software delivery, patch management, driver management, remote assistance to name a few key elements. To ensure we deliver quality services across the company, we are looking for a Solution Owner - End-User Computing within our Solutions and Architecture team.

**Your Mission**
- Manage the lifecycle of the global EUC solutions according to the operating model.
- Work closely with all relevant stakeholders, to lead them in maximizing operational excellence and end-user satisfaction.
- Ensure solutions are designed and rolled out according to architectural guidelines from the enterprise architecture team and aligned with all stakeholders.
- Strong focus on end-user adoption, securing training material and coordination amongst the regional delivery teams to safeguard a global end-user experience are key fundamentals of this job.
- Continuously improve the quality of the solutions in all its aspects: stability, availability, development, training, and documentation.

**What we expect of you?**

Roles and Responsibilities_**
- End-to-End accountability for all solutions in the EUC domain.
- Responsible for processes with regards to device lifecycle both hardware and software to ensure that the inventory of assets stays up to date in a compliant state
- Responsible for working out/improving services with regards to device management solution in line with business expectations and growth.
- Responsible for reviewing partner invoices & creating transparency in billing towards the business areas.
- Collaborate with IT Services regions to optimize/improve the services.
- Follow up on implementation projects that are in line with the EUC roadmap.
- To collect and interpret customer satisfaction, current needs and future opportunities. Propose, based on the findings, a solid and long-term solution strategy for improvement in line with the architecture roadmap.
- Be the solution ambassador towards users & stakeholders and ensure regular communication of the status of the solutions’ roadmap, technical changes, scope of delivery from the vendor, and additional value drivers.
- Ensure user adoption of solution’s domain related services.
- Participate in the solution design process in collaboration with enterprise architecture team and technical experts.
- Ensure the adherence to the ITSM processes for the solution lifecycle: Incident & Request, Change, Problem, Event & monitoring, Knowledge, Configuration, CMDB among the principal ones.
- Monitor and review the Partner’s service performance & financials.
- Communicate/ prioritize/ resolve delivery issues & risk.
- Support the Regions through extensive interaction & training on the provided solutions, documentation, promotion material and knowledge base.
- Ensure a common user experience across the regions by the implementation of best practices, processes & procedures.
- Dispute and Escalation Management: Assist the Vendor and Contract Manager and regional IT teams with escalations and disputes.
- Direct the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and on-going management of new and existing services.
- Work with compliance, audit, risk and security teams to ensure that significant risks related to the service are identified and actions are taken to ensure that they are managed and compliant with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements affecting the enterprise.
- Prepare and review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
- Financial control of the solutions/products in scope with the assistance of the Business Controller

**Technical/Soft Skills**
- Understanding Microsoft Endpoint Management: System Center Configuration Manager as well as Microsoft Intune
- Basic understanding of networking concepts in a corporate environment combined with a Security mindset.
- Modern printing solutions with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure
- General knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 an
