**The Role**

What does a Global Sourcing Manager - Turnkey Solutions at Atlas Copco do? As Global Sourcing Manager - Turnkey Solutions you play a pivotal part in our pursuit of delivering world-class turnkey solutions on a global scale. Offering products and services that are ready for use has become part of our core business. You will manage the supply chain at a strategic level in order to orchestrate a seamless supply chain, optimize resource allocation and navigate intricacies of sourcing and execution. Your mission is to orchestrate a robust, sustainable and efficient supply network, ensuring the seamless sourcing of material and installation resources for the cost-effective execution of turnkey solutions worldwide.

Your main responsibilities as Global Sourcing Manager - Turnkey Solutions are:
**Strategic management**
develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy encompassing sourcing, logistics and execution processes on a global scale, infuse sustainability principles into the supply chain with a focus on reducing the carbon footprint of materials and processes, collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with global supply chain strategies

**Optimization**
identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards and sustainability objectives, implement and maintain stringent quality control measures and standards throughout the sourcing and supply chain processes following Atlas Copco's _the way we do things, _manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve cost targets while supporting business growth, utilize cost accounting and financial data to monitor performance, aid in analytical techniques and drive change

**Foster relationships**
establish strategic partnerships and supplier networks to source piping, electrical and other materials, ancillary equipment and installation services ensuring reliability and favorable terms, foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded throughout the sourcing and execution processes

**Knowledge sharing**
sharing best practices with regional teams and stakeholders in order to drive efficiency,

**What do we expect of you?**

We are looking for a creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset who can remain composed under pressure and can navigate through setbacks or disruptions with determination. Somone who is driven to create a all-encompassing supplier structure worldwide and build strong collaborations in the process.
- Bachelor's degree in business/economics/mechanical or industrial engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain/logistics management, materials management and/or construction & installation procurement management
- Good knowledge of English and a local language (extra languages are an asset)
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Willingness to treval on a regular basis (visit project sites, installers, suppliers)

The role as a global reach therefore, the country and city will be dependent on the individual hired.
