Om het Finance-team van KBC Securities te versterken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar eenFinancial controller, die mee zal instaan voor het rapporteren en monitoren van de financiële situatie van KBC Securities.
- Het Finance-team is een klein en dynamisch team waar iedereen een breed scala aan taken op zich neemt en dat nauw samenwerkt met de verschillende business lines van KBC Securities.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Met de voorbereiding van de maand-, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluiting, challenge je de verschillende business lines van KBC Securities zowel langs de opbrengsten
- als langs de kostenkant en zorg je dat alle events correct zijn opgenomen in de boekhouding volgens BEGAAP en IFRS
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig samenstellen van een scala aan rapporten aan de regulatoire instanties, vb. Schema A-rapportering, FINREP, COREP,
- Naast je dagdagelijkse activiteiten, werk je mee aan verschillende interessante projecten met een Finance-insteek. Het genereren van efficiëntie en het bieden van inzichten aan de business staan hierbij centraal.
- Naargelang je expertise toeneemt, krijg je de kans om mee te stappen in het samenstellen van complexere rapporten of mee te werken aan strategische projecten. Hoe meer je openstaat om zaken bij te leren, hoe sneller je kan groeien.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je Finance-collega’s en rapporteert aan de manager van het Finance-team van KBC Securities.
**Jouw troeven?**:
- Je hebt een Master diploma en hebt een eerste ervaring op het palmares. Vlot kunnen werken met Excel is een must. Kennis van BEGAAP- en IFRS-regelgeving en/of regulatoire rapportering (schema A, FINREP, COREP) zijn onontbeerlijk.
- Accountancy is deel van je DNA. Je bent gepassioneerd door financiële analyse en durft cijfers challengen
- Je werkt nauwgezet en je bent stressbestendig. Je stelt je flexibel op wanneer strikte deadlines, eigen aan een Finance-omgeving, moeten gehaald worden en je aarzelt niet om uit je comfort zone te stappen en nieuwe taken op te nemen.
- Je bent eigenaar van een analytische mindset en ziet de kern in een veelheid aan data.
- Je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en kan goed omgaan met een snel veranderende omgeving die gedicteerd wordt door een evoluerend regelgevend kader.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en in het Engels.
