The Kitchen Company is de B2B-divisie van de Èggo-groep, de Belgische marktleider in inbouwkeukens voor particulieren. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en installatie van keukens, kasten en dressings alsook badkamermeubelen, voornamelijk in het kader van nieuwe residentiële vastgoedprojecten.

Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in authentieke lofts, gelegen op de site van de voormalige kartonfabriek van Alsemberg in Sint-Genesius-Rode.

Om ons nationaal te ontwikkelen hebben we sinds midden 2020 reeds 4 bijkomende toonzalen geopend (Antwerpen, Gent, La Louvière en Luik).

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Coördinatie van de bestelling, levering en installatie van de keukens op werven
- Zorgen voor de dagelijkse taken, de leveringen op de werven plannen en zorgen voor de correcte uitvoering
- Beheer van de contacten met de verschillende betrokken partijen (projectontwikkelaars, algemene aannemers, klanten, leveranciers, collega's en zelfstandige installateurs)
- Zorgen voor de follow-up van de bestellingen van de verkoopsdienst
- Doeltreffend communiceren met je verantwoordelijke, met de uitvoeringsbeheerders en opvolging van de werven
- Opstelling van de planning voor onze zelfstandige installateurs
- Bijwonen van opstartvergaderingen en enkele vergaderingen op de werven

Taken:

- U beheert de contacten tussen het bedrijf en de klanten maar ook de leveranciers
- U stelt de planning op voor de levering van de keukens op de werf met onze logistieke partner
- U stelt de planning van leveringen en installaties op met de andere betrokken afdelingen
- U geeft de planning door aan de commerciële dienst en ziet toe op de correcte uitvoering ervan, met inachtneming van de termijnen die tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen zijn overeengekomen
- U ziet erop toe dat de levering correct wordt uitgevoerd, met inachtneming van de gestelde termijnen
- U gaat om met onvoorziene omstandigheden door proactief te zijn

Gezocht profiel:

- U bent Nederlandstalig en U hebt een gevorderd niveau van de andere taal (niveau B2 vereist). Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- U bent vertrouwd met planningsmethoden en MS Access-software
- U zorgt voor een strikte naleving van onze normen en standaarden
- U bent nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
- U bent emphatisch
- U bent een goede communicator
- U heeft goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- U bent een teamspeler met een positieve instelling
- U vindt het aangenaam om problemen op te lossen en toont het voorbeeld aan zijn uw teamleden
