90% office-based, 10% field-based

Our Oncology Team is looking for a Brand Manager who will drive the commercialization of Breast and Gynecological cancer indications (Lynparza/Imfinzi) on a national level by developing and implementing the marketing strategy and operational marketing mix and tactics to achieve the brand ambition by delivering budgeted or above sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Advocating for and driving the indications amongst office and field colleagues as well as external customers to ensure the Brand Plans deliver crucial short-term growth and long-term brand success
- Aligning the global strategic brand plans with local customer & market insights to develop tailored and successful local brand strategy, brand messages and tactical plans
- Driving the launching preparation of indications and premarketing (18 months pre-launch)
- Improving the full use of all commercial channels by developing brand materials (digital/print) and activities through cross-functional collaboration
- Continuously seeking to understand and embed customer and market insights into all brand activities by synthesizing qualitative feedback from various sources (market research reports and promotional analysis, customer insights, field insights ) with quantitative feedback available through various data sources and reports
- Being the product, competitor, and market expert of assigned brands and indications
- Pro-actively adapting the Brand Plans in function of the continuously changing environment to maximize brand potential
- Liaising very closely with Sales Team/Sales Manager to receive market and customer feedback, embed campaigns, and provide brand vision and leadership. Ensure full understanding of the rationale and insights that underpin campaigns, messages, and marketing actions and how field input was used in material development
- Participating in the training & development for field force and other customer facing roles on brand information.
- Building and maintaining a strong network in the field
- Supporting the Franchise Lead in day-to-day activities and projects
- Managing the budget of assigned indications

Essential requirements:

- Experience managing complex projects
- Languages: English and French/Dutch)
- Master’s Degree in Scientific Field or related
- Multichannel/omnichannel marketing experience
- Budget management experience

Desirable:

- Sales experience
- Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Belux
- Understanding of the Belgium and Luxembourg Healthcare environment
- Experience in Insight/Market Research & brand forecasting
- Trilingual (English/French/Dutch)
