To strengthen our BeLux team in Groot Bijgaarden, we are looking for a:
**Product Manager - Chocolate**

Do you want to promote great tasting Belgian chocolate?

**What you will do**
- You will be responsible for the** promotion of the Cacao-Trace program** by developing communication plans (off
- and online) and POS materials for both B2B and B2C market.
- You **gather market intelligence** on customers, competitors, and consumers.
- You **develop long-term and short-term strategies** for the different product categories and innovations, aligning with our Belux strategy.
- Develop **yearly marketing plans** with a focus on communication and product launches, ensuring timely and qualitative execution.
- **Evaluate the impact** of implemented initiatives and recommend optimization opportunities for the future.
- You **monitor and analyze the performance of products** in terms of volume, sales and margin evolution and you propose and implement corrective actions or acceleration plans where needed.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a Master in Economics/Marketing/Business Engineering
- You have a first work experience (1 to 3 years) in brand/product management in a food-related environment
- You have experience in online and offline communication or in a communication agency.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good notions of English.
- You have the necessary communication and writing skills to present our different chocolate products in an appealing way, adapted to the targeted audience (chocolatiers, artisans, food services and consumers).
