**Work environment**:
The “Energy” Business Line is responsible for all the engineering activities related to the development and realisation of projects in the following fields:

- Power, Heat and Desalination
- Green Fuels: Gas, LNG, Hydrogen and other derived fuels
- Transmission and Distribution of Electricity
- Renewables, including on-shore and offshore Wind and PV

These projects go from the pre-feasibility studies up to final commissioning of the installations.

Within the Renewables department, we deliver consultancy and engineering services for onshore and offshore wind and PV projects, helping our clients in the development, realisation and operational phases of their projects.

**Mission**:

- You are responsible for the submission of attractive and innovating tenders and awarding new contracts. You understand clients’ needs and translate them in the right strategy to build a winning tender: price setting, selection of most suitable partners, propose the right project team etc...
- You are responsible for the tender preparation and prequalification files: Managing the complete process from identification of the commercial opportunity until the Contract signature, such as:

- Collect data related to the request for quotation and the bid plan.
- Analyze the Request for Quotation documents.
- Identify and organize the different activities to be performed during bid preparation (administrative, commercial, technical).
- Coordinate the preparation of the offer/prequalification file and support the decision on an optimized pricing, bid setup and bid strategy to maximize probability of award.
- You lead and coordinate the team assigned to the tender preparation (technical bid managers, sales officer, sales assistant) and you interact with internal (legal, tax, HR, ) and external stakeholders (client, partners, subcontractors ) while challenging the price, scope and planning of the tender and managing risks, ethical considerations and opportunities. After tender submission, you keep track of our tender and are responsible until final negotiation and contract signature.
- You are a key pillar in the Commercial organization and a linking pin between the commercial managers and the project managers. You help in identifying new opportunities and you give them a return of experience in terms of won/lost tenders, collaboration with partners, market price
- You provide leadership and process management and keep track of all components of the proposal submission. You work with and influence different stakeholders and ensure adherence to deadline. You lead in Ethics and integrity.
- You are agile and comfortable in a matrix environment, putting both internal and external customer considerations at the heart of your work.
- You will perform administrative tasks related to business development, marketing and sales (e.g. keep CRM up-to-date, help organize marketing events, campaigns,), manage internal and external communication, manage the commercial database (update the list of references and presentations), manage & follow up contract signature process, dispatch and archive.
- You will be reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager - Offshore, and will contribute to the growth of the Offshore division required to work on a number of energy related themes:

- Offshore Wind Farms projects
- Offshore High Voltage substations
- Offshore innovation such as floating wind/solar and offshore hydrogen ecosystems
- Other key energy fields as required

**Profile**:

- You have a good knowledge of the energy world and a specific interest in Offshore Renewables
- You have excellent communication skills, are quality driven and operate in a customer-focused way;
- You are familiar and comfortable with the use of key software and digital trends (e.g. MS-Office, SalesForce). Previous experience with SalesForce is a plus.
- You are good at listening to partners and customers;
- You are a team player, are not afraid to propose innovative solutions and have negotiating skills;
- You have an excellent command of English. French or Dutch is a plus.
- You have a great capacity for multicultural human relations, analysis and synthesis;
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited business and/or engineering university with minimum 5 years’ professional experience, 2 years of which in tender management.
- You have the sense of priorities and you have an analytical mind;
- You are good at planning simultaneous assignments and you are a good organizer, even in unexpected circumstances;
- You are capable to work under stress and with short delays;
- You have a dynamic personality, we
