**About the Job**:
Join our dynamic team as a **Sales Admin and Delivery Specialis**t, playing a key role in the administrative management of new and used car sales, delivery processes, and customer interactions.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Management:_
- Prepare comprehensive delivery files, including registration, invoicing, financing contracts, and maintenance details.
- Manage administrative tasks and meticulous filing of documents.
- Coordinate financing contracts and takeover agreements.
- Take charge of delivery planning, ensuring a smooth process.
- Effectively follow up on new and second-hand car dossiers.
- Delivery of New Vehicles:_
- Initiate the preparation of vehicles before delivery, ensuring a seamless process.
- Manage the transfer of number plates, verifying accessories ordered by customers.
- Provide customers with administrative information on their new TOYOTA or LEXUS vehicles.
- Accompany customers to the delivery area, explaining vehicle features and options.
- Congratulate customers and encourage survey participation.
- Facilitate communication with the service department for any customer queries.
- Delivery of Cars through OPL:_
- Handle the delivery of Cy cars on-site, conducting necessary Carchecks.
- Carry out Carchecks for end-of-contract or pool cars.
- Send Carchecks to relevant leasing companies and TME.
- Upload delivery documents in renta/ORD.
- Car Park Tasks:_
- Signal vehicles for collection by leasing companies.
- Prepare vehicles for collection by transporters.

**Your Profile**:

- Education/Experience:_
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer interactions.
- Skills Required:_
- Technical

**Requirements**:_
- Knowledge of dealer computer packages (Navision - Incadea) is an asset.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Non-technical
