**Jouw rol binnen ons team**:
Je vertegenwoordigt een marktleider in container shipping en transportdiensten tussen het Europese vasteland en Ierland. In deze functie zal je zowel verantwoordelijk zijn voor **equipment control** als voor **customer service** binnen de export.
**Jouw taken in equipment control**:
- Dagelijkse aanpassingen van containerbewegingen in het systeem.
- Vrijstellen van lege containers op depots en terminals en organiseren van transport in de regio Antwerpen.
- Beheer van containerherstellingen en doorrekenen van kosten aan de verantwoordelijke partijen.
- Opvolging en facturatie van demurrage & detention.
**Jouw taken in customer service (export)**:
- Registreren en aanvullen van boekingen in het systeem.
- Opstellen van transportopdrachten indien nodig.
- Afstemmen van scheepsoperaties met terminals en scheepsplanning.
- Contact onderhouden met rederijen, klanten en agenten en samen zoeken naar oplossingen.
- Aangifte doen van gevaarlijke goederen aan de havenkapitein.
- Vervolledigen en afsluiten van het manifest na belading.

- Je hebt interesse in de shippingsector (ervaring in een maritieme omgeving is een plus).
- Je bent servicegericht, zowel naar klanten als binnen het team.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook onder tijdsdruk.
- Je bent praktisch en ‘hands-on’ ingesteld.
- Je handelt proactief en denkt vooruit om onverwachte situaties te voorkomen.
- Je stelt je flexibel en creatief op.
- Je bent communicatief sterk in Nederlands & Engels.
- Je bent een enthousiaste teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
