**Een (klein) beetje over ons**:
- Frisomat ontwerpt en produceert industriële stalen gebouwen en dat doen we in bijna elk continent. Staalbouw is onze core, maar eigenlijk zien we ons meer als partners van grootse dromen en ambities. Want als je een stalen gebouw zet dan wil je als bedrijf of ondernemer iets neerzetten en groeien. Letterlijk en figuurlijk. 35.000 projecten en 500.000 ton koudgewalst staal later bouwen meer dan 300 getalenteerde en gepassioneerde mensen elke dag wereldwijd aan de mooiste projecten.

- Onze cultuur is echt. Dat voel je vanaf je een voet binnen zet bij ons in Wijnegem. We doen ons best om aan een veilige omgeving te bouwen waar er ruimte wordt gemaakt om te groeien. Maar ook om te vallen. Zolang je maar slimmer opstaat. We zijn niet perfect, en gunnen onszelf dezelfde groeiruimte die we jou ook gunnen. **Wij zoeken een business
- én bruggenbouwer**:
Bij Frisomat hebben we grote wereldwijde plannen. Om ze waar te maken, zoeken we iemand met brede schouders die met tonnen energie goesting heeft om furore te maken in Afrika. Na een grondige rebranding oefening willen we onze positie daar verder uitbouwen. Een voorliefde voor dit prachtige continent is dan ook een must.
We moeten je niet vertellen dat je als Business Development Manager weet hoe je opportuniteiten kan spotten, maar deze ook kan vertalen naar een concreet plan.
- Jij zal prospects, architecten, studiebureaus moeten overtuigen waarom het unieke Frisomat staalbouwsysteem dé oplossing is voor ondernemingen in tal van sectoren. Met de nodige soft skills is het aan jou om een waardevol netwerk op te bouwen en ze warm te maken om zaken met ons te doen. Je zal alleszins kunnen rekenen op ons Marketingteam, je collega’s van de afdeling Afrika en de studiedienst om je op weg te helpen.
**Talent moet goed gesoigneerd worden**:
- Als je voor Frisomat kiest mag je op je twee oren slapen. We zijn stabiel, financieel gezond en bieden je een loonpakket aan dat je ervaring en goesting naar waarde schat. Waar jij op mag rekenen:

Dat doe je het liefst door je heel goed voor te bereiden en de concurrentie een stapje voor te zijn. Je duikt graag in cijfers, hebt affiniteit met de constructiewereld, maar bent ook een mensenmens.
