**Responsibilities**:
Participates in and supports department projects. Coordinates, supports, and performs administrative work to support the department. Supports the day-to-day operations of the department. The “Associate Site Services Assistant” ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to internal departments. As a member of the GSS team your onsite attendance may be required for (but not limited to) trainings, (team) meetings, daily operational tasks, 121 meeting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent client and phone service skills
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principal's pre-analytical, analytic and post-analytic influences on specimens and results Intermediate level of computer literacy.
Accurate data entry skillsSuperior analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language - additional languages are an advantage.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making.
Problem resolution skillsMaintains confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
Additional / Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Reports to Team Lead Site Services or above
- Issue Pro-forma invoice for shipments from kit vendors to sites
- Maintains the Proforma mailbox, sending proforma invoices to the IOR for approval, making any changes required and preparing the shipments to be sent to the kit vendors.
- Maintains courier contact sheets and starter packs for non-premium couriers.
- Maintains the Data Entry mailbox and responds to all requests - Maintains sending memos out to sites.
