**Principal Consultant - Safety Coaching**:
Join our Health & Safety Team in the Netherlands as a Principal Consultant.

In this dynamic role, you'll develop and implement cutting-edge safety coaching initiatives for multinational clients, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability across various industries. **What Will You Be Doing?**
- ** Support and Advise Managers**: Provide guidance on health and safety matters, helping managers understand and fulfill their responsibilities.
- ** Performance and Cultural Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance health and safety practices, promote a culture of safety, and deliver training programs and workshops.
- ** Coaching and Engagement**: Develop strong relationships with managers and employees, offering personalized coaching and fostering a proactive health and safety approach.
- ** Diagnostics and Risk Assessments**: Perform on-site diagnostics, identify risks, conduct hazard assessments, and support the development of preventive measures.
- ** Policy Review and Client Support**: Regularly update safety policies to meet best practices and legal requirements, and provide expert advice to clients.
- ** Client Interaction**: Travel regularly to client locations to ensure effective implementation of safety programs.
- Has a university degree in Health & Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Is fluent in English and Dutch (both written and oral).
- Brings over 10 years of experience in Health & Safety, with a focus on coaching and cultural change.
- Possesses a deep understanding of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Has the ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management software.
- Is proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
