Note client est une société en plein développement située à Liège. Cette jeune structure a été lancée pour valoriser le processus de production hautement spécialisé dans le fabrication à façon (CDMO) de micro-implants de premier plan.

Afin de faire face au défis de demain, notre client est à la recherche d’un.e Manufacturing et Planning Manager Freelance pour une durée d’environ 6 mois.

Votre rôle

**Responsabilités principales**:
En tant que Manufacturing & Planning Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion globale des opérations de production, du développement des processus opérationnels et de la coordination efficace des activités de votre département. Voici un aperçu des principales responsabilités associées au poste:

- **Définition des plannings de production**:

- Élaborer les plannings de production, de nettoyage, de maintenance, etc.
- Coordonner avec les autres départements pour assurer la synchronisation des plannings.
- **Mise en place des processus opérationnels**:

- Définir et mettre en place des processus opérationnels efficaces.
- Rédiger des Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) applicables à votre département.
- **Organisation des équipes de production**:

- Déterminer les besoins en personnel pour les opérations de production.
- Recruter, former et évaluer les membres de votre équipe.
- **Stratégies de validation des process de production**:

- Définir des stratégies robustes pour la validation des processus de production.
- Gérer les processus sous-traités.
- **Gestion du life cycle des procédés de production**:

- Assurer le suivi et la gestion complète du cycle de vie des procédés de production.
- **Identification des non-conformités et actions correctives**:

- Identifier les non-conformités dans les processus de production.
- Analyser les causes profondes (root cause) et mettre en place des Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Votre profil

**Expérience et Éducation**:

- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience managériale dans l'industrie pharmaceutique et/ou des dispositifs médicaux, avec une expertise particulière en production et validation.
- Diplôme en engineering, bioengineering ou scientifique.

**Compétences Techniques**:

- Solides connaissances des standards GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) et ISO 13485 applicables aux processus de production.
- Expérience avérée dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de processus opérationnels conformes aux normes de l'industrie pharmaceutique.

**Compétences en Gestion**:

- Aptitudes avancées en people management et leadership, démontrées par une expérience réussie dans la gestion d'équipes de production.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour jouer un rôle actif dans le domaine de la planification (scope « planner »).

**Langues**:

- Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit), permettant une communication efficace dans un environnement professionnel international.

**Qualités Personnelles**:

- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
- Aptitude à résoudre rapidement les problèmes et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Orienté résultats, avec un engagement envers l'amélioration continue des processus.
