**Role Overview**

**We count on you for**:

- the consolidation of EssentialCo results, prepared on a monthly basis to provide timely insight into the business performance to the ELT
- the preparation of the EssentialCo (Solvay) external financial reporting for all the Group’s financial stakeholders, published on a quarterly basis, including the Annual Integrated Report, and compliant with IFRS and other regulatory requirements and
- the analysis of the Group’s portfolio movements and the simulation of the related impacts on the Group financials in close cooperation with the M&A department.
- Maintaining and monitoring relevant internal controls applicable to the consolidation process.

**You can count on us for**
- a very dynamic team and a working environment that will give you a view across all the business operations and portfolio movements and that will allow you to develop technical skills in consolidated accounts and IFRS and a detailed knowledge of the group reporting processes and systems.

**You will bring**
- your experience in the preparation of consolidated accounts, knowledge of IFRS and consolidation tools (knowledge and previous use of SAP BFC is a plus) and curious and collaborative attitude to work with other Group functions, the Global Business Services and the local company accounting managers and controllers.
- Communications, written and oral, are in English and in French.
