Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, UN(E) CONSOLIDATION AND

REPORTING MANAGER EN CDI.

Vous êtes chargé(e) de la consolidation, de la préparation du reporting BE GAAP et IFRS.Vous faites partie de l'équipe Accounting & Finance et vous rapportez directement au Head of Accounting, Tax and Reporting.

Vous avez la responsabilité de:

- Supervision des activités de clôture mensuelle pour les sociétés belges gérées de manière centralisée (clients internes) en coopération avec l'Accounting Manager et le Tax Manager.
- Coordination des activités de consolidation mensuelle BE GAAP et IFRS.
- Préparation du reporting mensuel selon les normes BE GAAP à des fins internes et réglementaires.
- Préparation des rapports mensuels/périodiques IFRS.
- Suivi des sociétés du groupe : examen critique des reportings packages, questions comptables complexes, suivi de performance.
- Suivi des principales questions fiscales, y compris le calcul correct des impôts différés.
- Préparation et coordination des rapports semestriels/annuels IFRS pour différents périmètres de consolidation.
- Implication directe dans les analyses périodiques requises, telles que les tests de dépréciation ou le suivi des engagements de pensions.
- Centre d'excellence pour les questions comptables au service des sociétés du groupe (analyses BE GAAP et IFRS).
- Préparation et/ou révision des rapports destinés à divers organismes externes tels que la BNB, le reporting ESEF.
- Contact direct avec les auditeurs externes et les organisations externes dans le cadre des activités mentionnées ci-dessus.
- Assistance et soutien aux projets impliquant le département en Belgique et dans l'ensemble du groupe.
- Définition des procédures internes, identification des possibilités de numérisation/optimisation des tâches au sein de l'équipe et mise en oeuvre dans un environnement en constante évolution en termes d'exigences, de réglementation, de numérisation.

Rémunération : 5500 - 6500 EUR mensuel brut selon le profil

VOTRE PROFIL:

- Vous avez une EXPÉRIENCE DE MINIMUM 5 ANS EN SUR UN POSTE FINANCIER.
- Vous connaissez les normes IFRS ET LE BEGAAP.
- Vous maîtrisez les codes des grands groupes,
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, organisé et flexible.
- Vous faites preuve de leadership et êtes un vrai teamplayer.
- Vous maîtrisez le SAP FI/CO, des outils de consolidation tels que SAP BPC et Excel.
- Vous parlez FR/NL/ENG ou vous avez une connaissance passive de l'autre langue nationale.
